The Burger Bistro is Chef Centruela "Cece" Collier's take on the American burger: hand-smashed patties, a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich people drive in for, and comfort-food sides made the way they should be. What started on a food truck found its home inside The Silos food hall in downtown Dayton.

Black-owned and chef-driven, the Bistro is built on one idea: a counter burger can still be a chef's burger. Everything comes out fresh, fast, and with the kind of care that earns regulars.
